Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can drained mushrooms
    1/2 can mushroom water
    1 c. uncooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown sausage and onion.
    Drain well.
    In 2-quart casserole dish, combine soup, mushrooms, water, rice, salt and pepper.
    Add sausage and onion.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake until all liquid is absorbed (approximately 5 to 10 minutes).
    Serves 4 to 6.
