Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed or 1 (2 lb.) can sweet potatoes
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 stick butter, softened
    1 tsp. rum flavoring
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
    1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add egg and beat well.
    Add cinnamon and rum flavoring and beat well into sweet potatoes.
    Add the orange juice, pecans and raisins.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes in a buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Cover top completely with the marshmallows and allow them to melt slightly before serving.
