Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant
    1 raw egg
    1/3 stick butter
    1/2 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 c. grated cheese
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 onion, grated
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil eggplant in skin in salty water until tender.
    Drain and peel and take out core; mash.
    Add egg, butter, Worcestershire sauce, cheese, milk, onion, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Place in casserole dish and cover with crushed crackers.
    Dot with butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
