Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. cream-style corn
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. corn oil
    2 or 3 onions
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. ground red pepper or Tabasco
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together well.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
