Ingredients

3 c. cold milk
1 c. pumpkin
1 large size (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Add spices to pudding mix.
Add milk and stir.
Stir in pumpkin.
(As an alternative, place ingredients in 1/2 gallon jar or Tupperware sealed container and shake vigorously for 2 minutes.)
Pour into 4 to 6 small bowls.
May serve immediately or chill first in refrigerator.
