Granola Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. quick-cooking oats or granola
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    coconut, chocolate chips, nuts or raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and mix well.
    Spread into a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0
    for 20 minutes.
    Allow to stand 5 minutes before cutting.
