Mimi'S Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. pine nuts
    2 c. cooked wild rice
    2 c. cooked white rice
    1/2 c. raisins
    2-4 Tbsp. coconut rum
    1/2 tsp. thyme powder
    Salt and white pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in large heavy skillet over medium heat.
    Lightly brown pine nuts.
    Add mixed cooked rices and raisins.
    Mix in skillet with browned pine nuts.
    Add coconut rum.
    Cook all over low to medium heat, mixing together well.
    Season with thyme, salt and pepper.
