Alma'S Raisin Pie(December 23, 1930) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. raisins, boiled, drained and cooled
3 eggs
3/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pinch of salt
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar, adding the egg yolks.
Beat the egg whites until stiff; add raisins and nuts.
Beat well, then add egg whites.
Bake slow in a 9-inch raw pie crust.
