Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. loosely packed, coarsely grated zucchini (use peel also)
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients, fold in sifted dry ingredients and nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
