Italian Lemon Chicken(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
1 c. flour
6 to 8 grindings of fresh black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
juice of 1 whole lemon
Preparation

Wash and pat dry chicken breasts.
Pound thin with meat hammer.
Combine flour, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning into a large dish.
Coat chicken by dipping into flour mixture, both sides.
