Sweet Potatoes Or Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sweet potatoes or yams
    brown sugar
    bread crumbs
    butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook either potatoes or yams with skin on until soft or a fork can pierce through it.
    Cool, then peel and slice to desired thickness.
    Mix bread crumbs and sugar and coat each side of the potato or yams with mixture. Fry in butter or margarine until brown on both sides.
    Serve with turkey, chicken or ham dinner.
