Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and finely chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chili peppers
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In mixing bowl thoroughly combine tomatoes, chili peppers and onions.
    Stir in vinegar, sugar and salt.
    Let mixture stand at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
    Store in refrigerator. Serve as a relish or a dip for tortilla chips.
    Makes about 1 cup.
