Salami - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 pounds ground beef
5 rounded teaspoons Morton Tender salt
2 1/2 teaspoons whole black pepper (put pepper in blender for 2 seconds)
2 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt or onion salt
1 teaspoon hickory smoked salt
2 1/2 teaspoons mustard seed

Mix together (knead as bread).
Put in bowl, cover and refrigerate.
