Eula Savoie'S Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. yellow squash, sliced and cooked
1 c. chopped green onions (shallots)
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 lb. chopped bacon
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 c. tomatoes
1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded American cheese
Preparation
-
Fry bacon.
Add seasoning and saute until soft.
Add tomatoes, soup and bread crumbs.
Mix with cooked squash.
Place in casserole dish and top with cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
