Beef-Pork Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lean beef
    2 c. lean pork
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. sweet pickle juice
    pinch of lemon pepper
    1/2 c. V-8 juice
    1 onion, diced
Preparation
    Cook in slow cooker all day; last hour of cooking, remove cover.
    Remove meat from cooker; cool and shred.
    Add barbecue sauce.
