Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) sliced mushrooms
    1 cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. egg noodles, boiled and drained
Preparation
    In a large frying pan, cook and stir ground beef with onion in butter until onion is tender. Stir in flour, salt, garlic powder, pepper and mushrooms.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in soup. Cook an additional 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream; heat through.
    Serve over boiled noodles.
