Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans chili hot beans
1 small onion
1 small green pepper
6 to7 slices bacon
1 c. Minute rice
1 lb. pork sausage
Preparation
-
Fry bacon; set aside.
In bacon grease, fry onion and green pepper; drain fat.
Fry sausage; drain off fat.
Add beans, onion and pepper.
Simmer while cooking rice.
Put cooked rice in bottom of casserole dish, then add sausage mixture.
Crumble bacon on top.
Can put in oven to keep warm.
