Speedy Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sliced roast beef (from deli) or leftover
    1 (12 oz.) jar mushroom gravy
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    hot cooked noodles
Preparation
    Cut beef in strips.
    In saucepan, combine beef, gravy and onion.
    Cook until hot and bubbly, stirring occasionally.
    Stir some of hot mix into sour cream.
    Return sour cream to meat mix. Cook until heated through and serve over noodles.
