Pork Loin Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. boneless pork loin roast
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground sage
Preparation
    Combine sage, pepper and salt.
    Rub over pork roast.
    Place roast fat side up on rack in open pan.
    Roast, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
