Seafood Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. imitation crab meat
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped red onion
1/4 c. chopped stuffed olives
1 tsp. dill weed
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. capers (optional)
Preparation

Cut up crab meat to bite-size pieces.
Add celery, onion and olives to crab.
Mix oil, vinegar, dill weed and capers (also salt and pepper).
Toss with crab, then add mayonnaise and blend.
