Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 c. sliced tart apples
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Beat together sour cream, salt, vanilla and egg.
Add apples, mixing carefully to coat well.
Turn into pie shell and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
