New York Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    graham cracker crust
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Bake pie shell for 5 minutes. Combine sugar and cream cheese. Add sour cream and eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Mix well. Pour into pie crust and bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool. Top with can of pie filling of your choice.
