Pumpkin Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. pumpkin pie filling
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. plain flour
    1/3 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Line cookie sheet with waxed paper and set aside.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour onto pan then sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle powdered sugar on a clean dish towel and turn cake onto towel.
    Peel off waxed paper and roll cake lengthwise on towel and refrigerate 1 hour.
