Rocky Road Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 graham cracker crust
    1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2/3 c. peanuts, coarsely chopped
    1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
    1 c. whipped topping
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine pudding mix and milk.
    Beat on low speed until thickened, about 2 minutes.
    Place in refrigerator for 5 minutes.
    Stir in marshmallows and 1/3 cup peanuts.
    Fold in whipped topping.
    Spoon mix into pie crust.
    Cover with whipped cream and remaining peanuts.
    Chill 1 to 2 hours before serving.
