Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (2 1/2 oz) can tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    3/4 lb. Ricotta or fine dry cottage cheese
    1/2 c. grated cheese (Parmesan)
Preparation
    Cook lasagna; add
    oil\tto
    keep
    from\tsticking.
    Cook beef, onion and garlic together over medium flame until brown. Add tomato
    paste,
    tomatoes,
    salt,
    pepper
    and
    basil
    and oregano. Cook over
    low
    flame
    until
    thickened,\tabout
    15 minutes. Grease 2 1/2 quart casserole and arrange as follows: tomato and meat mixture, Parmesan cheese, noodles, Mozzarella or Ricotta. Repeat
    ending
    with
    meat and Parmesan cheese.** Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
