Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. water
    2 1/2 c. raisins
    2 c. unsweetened applesauce
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. Sweet 'N Low
    3 c. self-rising flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Cook raisins in water until all water is boiled out.
    Add applesauce, Sweet 'N Low, oil and eggs; mix well.
    Blend in flour, soda, cinnamon and vanilla.
    Pour mixture into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until cake is done.
