Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 small chicken breast halves, skin and bones removed
    16 oz. sauerkraut
    4 slices natural Swiss cheese
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Thousand Island dressing
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Arrange chicken in single layer in a Pam-sprayed 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Rinse and drain sauerkraut; press out liquid.
    Cut cheese slices in half.
    Sprinkle kraut on chicken.
    Top with cheese; pour dressing over all.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
