Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 2/3 c. milk
1 2/3 c. flour

Preparation

Mix together.
Will be a thin batter. Pour into funnel; let run into a skillet of hot oil.
Makes into circles like lace until brown.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
