Fresh Strawberry Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. milk
1 pt. xx cream, whipped
1/2 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. flour
2 to 3 tsp. water
2 tsp. water
2 tsp. vanilla
1 qt. sugared strawberries, mashed

Preparation

Mix flour and sugar; add water, then egg yolks, well beaten. Beat well and add to hot milk.
Cook until thick as mayonnaise. Cool; add vanilla, cream and berries.
Freeze.
Serves 6 to 8.
