Fish With Zucchini And Red Pepper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets
    1/4 c. minced celery
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 small red pepper, cut into strips
Preparation
    Place fish into baking dish.
    Top with vegetables; arrange red pepper over top.
    Cook on Medium for 10 to 15 minutes, covered with wax paper, rearranging once (fish) during cooking.
    Let stand, covered, 2 to 3 minutes.
