Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
2/3 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
dash of nutmeg
1 medium onion, chopped
1 egg
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. fat
water
1 beef bouillon cube
Preparation

Mix beef, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, nutmeg, onion and egg. Shape into 1/2-inch balls.
Brown quickly and place in large casserole.
Make gravy using 2 tablespoons each of flour and meat drippings (you may need to add some other fat) for every cup of gravy desired.
Brown flour in fat, add cold water and stir until gravy is smooth and thickens.
Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 about 1 hour. I usually use 3 cups of water for 1 pound of meat.
You can also refrigerate this for 2 or 3 days and then bake.
