Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can creamed corn
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 egg
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 small onion, diced
    salt and pepper
    dried parsley
Preparation
    Combine and stir.
    Bake in 8 x 8-inch casserole in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
