Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream-style corn
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1 small onion, grated
    bell pepper to taste
    dash of salt and pepper
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients and pour into casserole dish.
    Top with grated Cheddar cheese; dot with butter.
    Bake, uncovered, 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
