Black Forest Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 c. cold water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
    3/4 tsp. almond extract
    2 c. (1 pt.) whipping cream, whipped
    1 (21 oz.) cherry filling, chilled
Preparation
    In large bowl, beat chocolate with condensed milk.
    Beat in water, then pudding mix and 1/2 teaspoon almond extract.
    Freeze 5 minutes.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Spoon into dishes.
    Stir remaining 1/4 teaspoon extract into cherry filling; spoon over dessert.
