Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 large mushrooms
2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. minced green onions
1/2 c. heavy cream
3 Tbsp. fresh parsley (optional)
1/2 c. or more grated Swiss cheese
1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 lb. pork sausage
2 tsp. butter
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. crushed crackers
1/4 to 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. Pet milk
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
vegetable or corn oil
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Shape meatballs into small balls. Fry in 1/2 inch oil.
Shake while cooking to prevent burning.
