Wedding Mints (Cream Cheese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. mint flavoring

Preparation

Combine and make into balls.
Roll in granulated sugar.
Press into rubber molds from cake shop, Ben Franklin's or anywhere that carries Wilton supplies.
Yields 140 mints to 2 boxes of sugar.
