Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or oleo
    6 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    5 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 lb. white raisins
    1 qt. nuts
    1 c. fruit juice
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs.
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Add juice alternately with flour.
    Add nuts and raisins last.
    Bake in a tube pan.
    Place pan of water over top of cake for 2 hours, baking at 250\u00b0.
    Then take water out and raise heat to 300\u00b0 and bake about 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick comes out dry.
