Blue Cheese Dressing(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    3 Tbsp. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 oz. crumbled Blue cheese
Preparation
    Place cottage cheese, milk and lemon juice in blender.
    Blend at medium speed.
    Fold in Blue cheese.
    Keep in jar in refrigerator until used.
    Makes approximately 1 cup.
