Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    5 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    5 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat eggs and buttermilk. Add flour, sugar, soda and salt.
    Mix in oil and cereal. Allow batter to set for 24 hours.
    Keep covered in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
    Can bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or microwave approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
