Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sliced apples
    1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1/2 c. oats
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. oleo
Preparation
    Peel and slice apples in 2-quart baking dish.
    Combine flour, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Cut in oleo until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of apples.
    Cook, uncovered, 12 minutes in microwave.
    If you prefer a more crunchy brown topping place under the broiler for a few minutes.
