Zucchini Bread(Makes 2 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. pecans
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 c. shredded zucchini (unpeeled)
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla together.
    Cream well.
    Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
    Stir until moist.
    Grease 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until middle springs back when pressed.
