Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. mustard (prepared)
    1 raw egg or 1/2 c. Second Choice egg substitute
    8 Tbsp. olive oil
    romaine lettuce
    croutons
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a wooden bowl, mash garlic and salt. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Mix well. Break raw egg; beat well and add oil. Tear lettuce into bite-size. Mix croutons with lettuce and pour dressing over the mixture. Add Parmesan cheese and stir. I began using the egg substitutes and they work just as well as the raw egg. Makes enough dressing for 4 or 5 salads.
