Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 sq. chocolate
1 c. boiling water
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Preparation

Blend chocolate and water; add 5 dry ingredients.
Mix in the rest.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
