Out Of This World Fudge Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
2 Tbsp. butter or butter flavor Crisco
1 egg
1 1/2 c. sifted powdered 10x sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flaked coconut

Preparation

On stove or in microwave, melt chocolate and butter.
Add egg and beat until smooth and glossy.
Add 10x sugar and vanilla; mix well.
Chill about 1 hour.
When firm, shape into 1 1/4-inch balls. Roll in coconut.
Keep balls refrigerated until ready to use. Makes about 2 dozen.
