Cheese Cake Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vanilla wafers, one in each cupcake paper
    2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together.
    Fill cupcake paper 2/3 full. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until dry.
    Put one spoonful cherry pie filling on each or any pie filling of your choice. Makes 2 dozen.
