Grape Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 prepared pie shell
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. tapioca
    5 c. Thompson seedless grapes
Preparation
    Blend together the sugar, flour, tapioca and cinnamon.
    Add the grapes; toss gently.
    Allow to stand for about 15 minutes. Line a pie dish with a standard crust.
    Pour grape mixture into crust; dot with 1 tablespoon butter.
    Cover with lattice top crust strips.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for about an hour, or until golden.
