Date Macaroons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
3/4 c. chopped pitted dates
1/2 c. sliced almonds
Preparation

In small mixer bowl, beat egg whites, vanilla and almond extracts until soft peaks form.
Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
Fold in coconut, dates and almonds.
