Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
    1 chicken, boiled and meat removed
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    3/4 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 small bell pepper, chopped fine
    1 can water chestnuts (dried and sliced)
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Cook rice in 2 cups chicken broth until done (5 minutes). Saute onion, pepper and celery. Combine all ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes until browned.
