Nelma'S Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. round steak, cut into 1/2-inch strips (better if frozen)
    1 medium onion
    1 medium bell pepper
    1 can beef broth
    1 can water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    cornstarch
Preparation
    Brown onion and bell pepper in small amount of grease. Add steak and cook until white.
    Add beef broth, water, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Cook over low heat until done. Thicken gravy with cornstarch.
