Harvey Wallbanger Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. liquid shortening
1/4 c. vodka
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. orange juice

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and beat 4 minutes.
Pour batter into well-greased and lightly floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Let cool for 20 minutes.
Place on cake plate, dust with confectioners sugar or drizzle confectioners sugar with orange juice over cake.
